Your input helps shape the stories we bring you through the Shepherd’s Journal—from wildlife restoration in Zambia to the challenges facing wildlife and rural communities here in North America.

At Shepherds of Wildlife Society, we believe conservation succeeds when people have a reason and an opportunity to protect wildlife. Through journalism, films, field reporting, and stories from the people living alongside these animals, we help a broader public understand how conservation works and why human dignity must be central to it.
